1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using JKExamGrid, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not utilize our test engines or practice blueprints.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

JKExamGrid is designed to support individual students preparing for competitive recruitment tests. You agree that you will not:

• Use scrapers, robots, or automation scripts to extract questions from our database.
• Attempt to disrupt our Firebase infrastructure or compromise the security of other candidates' scorecards.
• Artificially manipulate test scores or exploit evaluation scripts.

3. Platform Modifications & Availability

We aim to keep JKExamGrid open-access and operational 24/7. However, we reserve the right to alter, update, or discontinue test modules, practice questions, and account analytics dashboards without prior warning. We are not liable for any losses of exam histories resulting from browser cache clearings.

4. Limitation of Liability

All mock tests and scoring calculations on JKExamGrid are offered "as is" for general practice purposes. We make no guarantees regarding the exact alignment of our questions with future government exam questions, nor are we liable for any failures in competitive government recruitment tests.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, India, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

6. Payment Terms

JKExamGrid offers paid subscription plans processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. All transactions are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Current plan pricing is:

• Single Exam Pass: ₹199 per exam profile, valid until the respective exam is conducted.
• Selection Pro (All-Access): ₹549 for 1 year of unlimited access to all exam profiles.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are for digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are processed only in exceptional cases (duplicate charge or non-activation). For full details, please read our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Subscription Validity

Single Exam Pass: Access remains valid until the target examination is officially conducted by the relevant recruitment board. If the exam is postponed, validity is automatically extended. JKExamGrid reserves the right to deactivate access to any exam profile if no official activity has been recorded for that exam within a continuous period of 24 months, with 30 days advance notice to affected users.

Selection Pro (All-Access): Access is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. There is no automatic renewal.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a billing dispute, users must first contact our support team at jkexamgrid@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or card issuer. We will respond within 2 business days. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.
