Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund on Digital Access

Once payment is confirmed and your subscription is activated — whether a Single Exam Pass (₹199) or a Selection Pro All-Access Pass (₹549) — your account is granted immediate unlimited access to the purchased digital content. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which permit sellers to apply a no-return/no-refund policy for digital goods that are delivered and consumed immediately.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If the same order is charged more than once due to a technical failure, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
• Payment Captured but Access Not Granted: If your payment is confirmed by Razorpay but your account is not activated within 24 hours, you are entitled to either a full refund or manual activation at your choice. Contact us at jkexamgrid@gmail.com with your payment ID.

Refund requests for the above exceptions must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.

3. Exam Postponement & Cancellation — Validity Extension

JKExamGrid offers exam-specific passes (Single Exam Pass) that remain valid until the respective examination is officially conducted by the relevant recruitment board (e.g., JKSSB, JKP).

• If a target examination is postponed or cancelled, the validity of any associated Single Exam Pass will be automatically extended to match the revised exam schedule.
• However, JKExamGrid reserves the right to deactivate or modify access to any exam profile if no official notification or update regarding that examination has been received from the relevant authority for a continuous period of 24 months (2 years). In such cases, affected users will be notified via registered email at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

JKExamGrid does not offer recurring subscriptions. All plans are one-time purchases:

• Single Exam Pass (₹199): Valid until the exam is conducted (subject to Section 3).
• Selection Pro All-Access (₹549): Valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

There is no automatic renewal and no subscription to cancel. Access simply expires at the end of the validity period.

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your JKExamGrid account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first at jkexamgrid@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.

6. How to Request a Refund

For eligible refund requests (Section 2), please contact us with the following:

• Registered email address on JKExamGrid
• Razorpay Payment ID (begins with pay_)
• Screenshot of the payment confirmation
• Description of the issue
