I upgraded to Selection Pro, but my account still shows Aspirant Tier. What should I do?
Your Selection Pro access is activated instantly as soon as your Razorpay payment is confirmed. If your account has not updated within a few minutes, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, please email us at jkexamgrid@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_) and we will manually verify and activate your account.
How do I request a refund?
JKExamGrid does not offer refunds for change of mind on digital content, as access is granted immediately upon payment. Refunds are only issued in specific cases: (1) duplicate charges, or (2) payment confirmed but access not granted within 24 hours. To request a refund under these exceptions, email jkexamgrid@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID and payment screenshot. My mock test progress is not syncing across my devices.
If you practice as a guest, your progress is cached only in your current browser's local storage. To sync your progress across multiple devices, please Sign In or create an account. Your existing local progress will be automatically merged into your cloud profile.
Can I download or print the question papers as PDF?
To protect the integrity and security of our proprietary question database, direct printing and PDF downloading of full test papers are disabled. However, you can review all your attempted questions, answers, and detailed explanations online in the 'Reports' section anytime.
Can I pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, or UPI?
Yes! Our secure checkout via Razorpay supports Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, netbanking, credit/debit cards, and major wallets. Select your preferred method in the Razorpay checkout window.
